About Us

dvTik is a free toolkit for saving content from TikTok, and it runs right in your browser. You paste a link (or a username, for some of the tools), hit download, and you’ve got your file in a few seconds. There’s no app to install and no account to make, and you can use it as often as you want. It works the same on Android, iPhone, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Why We Built dvTik

We built dvTik because we got tired of the other downloaders out there. Every time we wanted to save a TikTok, we’d land on some site covered in pop-ups and fake download buttons, click around for a while, and half the time it still wouldn’t work. Saving a clip shouldn’t be that hard.

So we made the tool we actually wanted to use. It’s fast, it’s free, and it does what it says. No sign-ups, no software to download, no tricks to get past. You paste a link and you download. That’s the whole thing.

You paste a TikTok link, or a username for some of the tools, and press download. dvTik pulls the available formats and lays out clear options, so you just pick the one you want and save it. There’s only one button that matters on the page, so you’re not left hunting for the real one. You don’t have to log in either, and we don’t keep the videos you download.

Our Commitment to Creators

We think a tool like this should respect the people who make the videos. dvTik is for personal use, like saving your own clips, keeping a favorite to watch offline later, or reusing something you have permission to use. dvTik is run by a small independent team based in the Netherlands. We’re just a few people who like short-form video and enjoy building web tools that are quick, private, and actually useful. We’re not interested in making another site stuffed with ads.
